Resin Bonded Grinding Wheel

Description: Resinoid-bonded grinding wheels are characterised by having a good cutting performance. Compared to vitrified bonds, resinoid bonds are known as soft, fast and cool grinding bonds. And also, this bonded wheel is more shock resistant than vitrified bonds and are generally operated at higher peripheral speeds. These wheels are made from premium quality coarse/ medium Aluminium oxide/ Silicon Carbide abrasives and with best bonding materials.

Application:These wheels are used for fast stock removal in number of operations, like in weld grinding and weld spot cleaning, cutting of gates and risers in castings, notching and grooving in foundries, pharmaceutical machineries and equipment’s manufactures, in fabrication shop, steel mills, automobiles and aeronautical Industries etc.
